How to use

A: DRY – Starting at your feet, begin brushing dry skin in upwards motions, towards the heart. When dry brushing your stomach, brush in circular, clockwise motions. For the most powerful results, repeat each stroke a minimum of 3-6 times using soft to medium pressure.

Or B: WET – Apply your favourite in-shower body wash to damp skin, wet your bristles and cleanse in circular motions.
